Each stall decorates itself with tables of trophies won at rib competitions around the continent. If that wasn’t enough, the patchwork of canvas signs tells diners exactly when and where they won first place. Roasted corn, soft-serve ice cream, and drinks stalls fill in the gaps but I wouldn’t waste space on my stomach at a rib festival on anything that isn’t meat.
