Comfort: The large armchairs had plenty of storage space, including a cubby for a laptop, empty cups and a granite surface for drinks. The seat had adequate recline for a nap, but there was no footrest and the table did not slide backward and forward enough to be usable while reclined.
In-flight entertainment: The large seat back entertainment was extremely responsive and passengers could connect their own headphones to it via bluetooth. I watched the Minecraft movie and had just enough time to finish it prior to landing. There were also TV shows and a selection of playlists via Spotify.
Food: The short flight had a snack basket service and drinks. Food was available for purchase but I had already loaded up on the lounge during an hourlong delay.
Service: Service was excellent. I was offered a pre-departure drink after I boarded and the flight attendant came by to ensure trash was collected promptly and everyone had the snacks they liked.
